Every client begins with a comprehensive health assessment that includes:

• Discussion of any recent lab work (if available)
• An assessment of your nutrition, habits, sleep, and stress load
• Clarification of your short-term goals and long-term vision for your health
Based on this foundation, we provide clear, personalized wellness recommendations—designed to help you move forward with purpose, clarity, and confidence.

Pay-Per-Visit Services
Initial Assessment – $110
A 60-minute in-depth consultation to evaluate your current health status, lifestyle habits, goals, and challenges. This includes a full intake review, personalized wellness recommendations, and strategy planning.
Follow-Up Session – $65
A 30-minute session to assess progress, adjust your plan, and continue building forward momentum. Available as a standalone service or in addition to a membership plan.

Terms and Referral Program
• Three-month minimum commitment required
